  • Advising the first REIT in Indonesia in obtaining USD 90 million loan facility from OCBC Ltd.

  • Bridge facility of USD 136 million facility concerning PT Professional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) under a syndication arrangement.

  • Term loan facility of USD 100 million for two shareholders of PT Adaro Energy Tbk under a bilateral arrangement.

  • Syndication facility of USD 106 million to PT Bekasi Power, a subsidiary of PT Kawasan Indutri Jababeka.

  • Syndication facility of IDR 750 billion to PT Sinar Sosro.

  • Syndication facility of USD 360 million involving PT Professional Telekommunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo).

  • The tender offer of shares of a publicly-listed company engaged in the manufacturing of oil tubular goods with an approximate transaction value of IDR 3.94 trillion.

  • The refinancing package arranged by a global investment banking firm amounting to USD 50 million

  • Financing or refinancing deal by PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk for a facility in the amount up to USD 50,55 million to PT Nusantara Thermal Coal, whose concession is located in Jambi.

  • Complex financing or refinancing of PT Permata Energy Resources’s subsidiaries company for a facility in the amount of up to USD 120 million.

  • Financing or refinancing deal for the acquisition of an Indonesian mining company for a facility in the amount of up to USD 36 million.

  • Senior secured transferable non-revolving loan facility of up to a maximum amount of USD 120 million; and (ii) Senior secured transferable revolving loan facility interchangeable with Letter of Credit negotiations and discounting lines of up to a maximum amount of USD 5 million by PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk to a mining company holding a Coal Contract of Work (CCOW).

  • Loan Facility for a maximum amount of USD 120 million and USD 75 million to PT Permata Energy Resources and its subsidiaries on the LBO transaction relating to PT Riau Baraharum and PT Nusantara Thermal Coal respectively, a party to the Coal Contract of Work (CCOW) with the Government of the Republic of Indonesia.
