In addition to the Indosat transactions referred to above, Makes & Partners has handled complex private matters for Indonesian telecommunications companies including, corporate and debt restructurings, financings (bank and vendor), strategic equity investments and equipment supply agreements. In 2005, the Firm has acted in the agreement of an international operator to invest in an Indonesian mobile network, and for various Indonesian parties in their purchase of telecommunications equipment.
